Advocate for empowered, joyful, and satisfying birth experiences, profound mommy/baby attachment, postpartum adapting and most importantly- wellness throughout the whole process.

My journey began in infant care and early childhood education when I knew little to nothing about birth or the postpartum period. 

My perspective was that birth was a medical and daunting event and going into labor = go to the hospital and hope for the best while in unbearable pain... facepalm!

 Little did I know, this was far from what birth can or should be. 

Sadly, though, this belief has become extremely common.

Extensive evidence-based education, research, and experience ignited my mission to:

1. Support and assist women in conquering their fears and achieving their birthing goals whether they desire a medicated or natural birth.

2. Awaken their profound inner wisdom and innate abilities to birth with strength, confidence, and yes believe it.. joy!   

My classes focus on practical knowledge and tools to utilize in most scenarios and birth settings and include nursing and newborn care basics so mommy can transition with ease.

I strive for women to walk out of class feeling strengthened, connected to their babies, their body, excited and ready for their upcoming birth.
